We account for its specific technical revision and check the relevant functions and parameters using defined procedures. Your instrument is released for return shipping only after every required check has been passed – ready for its next use.

Submit your repair request or warranty claim in three steps. Your details let us identify your instrument on arrival and prepare the technical inspection.
Our service technicians use MK-dent original spare parts and coordinated testing and calibration procedures. At present, allow a processing time of at least five working days for the service.

Important shipping information:
Before shipping, the instrument must be fully reprocessed and sterilized in accordance with the applicable hygiene requirements and our instructions as the manufacturer. Medical devices that are contaminated or have not been reprocessed must not be sent in.

Repair and return
With your approval, we repair your instrument and carry out the documented final inspection. We then package it securely and return it to you.
