Every service includes a comprehensive outgoing inspection to confirm that function and performance meet the specifications.

Every instrument that reaches our factory for repair follows a defined service process. Experienced technicians, careful inspections and MK-dent original spare parts ensure that all relevant functions are checked before release.

• Final functional and quality inspection: We release your instrument only after all final checks are complete and successful.
• Secure return shipping: After release, we carefully package and protect your instrument, then return it to you.

Regular maintenance and professional repair help preserve your MK-dent instrument’s performance, smooth running and service life. Each price includes the service described and a final function test. Our technicians identify the service required during the incoming inspection. If additional work is needed, we let you know before proceeding and provide a cost estimate where necessary.

Maintenance at MK-dent includes seal replacement, cleaning and lubrication of the individual components, and comprehensive function tests.
Maintenance is recommended after 250 reprocessing cycles.
Maintenance takes at least five working days.
Regular email updates keep you informed of your instrument's progress through the service process.
All replaced components are covered by the MK-dent spare parts warranty. Warranty periods depend on the component replaced and can be found in this overview.
Do not send contaminated instruments. Ensure that all products have been reprocessed in accordance with the instructions for use before shipping.
No, the instrument must also be in sealed sterile packaging. Please also enclose the decontamination certificate.
